- Year 1–6: approx. DKK 11,550 per term (DKK 34,650 ÷ 3).

Deposits, discounts and subsidies
- Refundable deposit: a two-month refundable deposit (equal to two months of the school fee) is payable on entry to the International Department. The deposit is refunded in full once all outstanding charges are cleared and a two-month notice of withdrawal has been given. Example deposit amounts (two months of the monthly tuition):
- Year 1–6: DKK 6,300 (2 × DKK 3,150).
- Year 7–9: DKK 7,350 (2 × DKK 3,675).
- Year 10–11: DKK 7,850 (2 × DKK 3,925).
- Sibling discounts:
- School fee: DKK 800 per month for the fourth child from the same family living at the same address.
- SFO: DKK 375 per month discount for the second and third child in the SFO from the same family.
- Means-tested grants/subsidies for school fees and SFO fees are available by application (annual application). Transport allowances for eligible pupils are applied as deductions from school fees according to the published distance criteria.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- School fees are charged monthly and collected over 11 months; July is the non-payment month. The deposit is collected when a student starts in the International Department. School fees are charged through the school's invoicing process; transport allowances (if approved) are applied as deductions from the school fees in October or from the date of approval.
- Notice of withdrawal: a two-month notice of withdrawal (not including the month in which notice is given or July, which is non-payment) must be submitted; school fees continue to be charged through the end of that two-month notice period. If the child is enrolled in SFO, a separate SFO withdrawal form with one month's notice is required. The deposit is refunded within three months after all outstanding items (including return of books) and the required notice have been confirmed.
Boarding
- Boarding is not listed or offered as part of Skt. Josef's International School Roskilde fee schedule or service offering; all published fees relate to day-school tuition and SFO services.
Other costs and incidental fees
- Replacement Skolepenge (canteen/printing) card: DKK 20 for a lost card. Students receive a debit card for canteen and printing; the card is activated via the Skolepenge.dk service.
- Branded school clothing is available for purchase through the school's branded-clothing supplier; uniform or branded items are a separate purchase.
- Additional incidental costs such as selected study trips, field trips, special external exam fees, optional activities, travel, and insurance are typically charged separately or as specific event charges and are not included in the listed monthly tuition. Transport allowances are applied as deductions where eligible.
Refunds and withdrawal-related returns
- The refundable deposit is returned in full after the required two-month notice period has been observed and after all outstanding items (library/text books, other charges) are cleared; the refund is processed within three months of confirmation. Failing to provide the required notice or to return school resources may result in forfeiture of the deposit. School fees are charged through the end of the notice period. Separate SFO notice rules apply (one month).
Fee payment options and practical payment details
- The school issues a Skolepenge debit card for students to use for canteen purchases and printing; the card system is managed through skolepenge.dk and replacement cards cost DKK 20.
- The school's published information references standard invoicing and collection practices for school fees (monthly collection over 11 months) and the application of transport deductions. Specific payment channels for tuition (for example: direct debit/Betalingsservice, bank transfer, or card payment) are handled through the school's invoicing and administrative procedures and the Skolepenge service for canteen transactions; parents register and follow the school's payment instructions as provided by the admissions/finance office.
