Cambridge International Curriculum guides teaching at Skt. Josef's for international primary and secondary students. The curriculum is tailored to the local context while aligning with Cambridge standards and combines Cambridge subjects with locally designed programmes. It develops higher-order thinking, independent research, collaboration and communication skills to prepare students for university study and future careers. Cambridge qualifications are endorsed by the University of Cambridge and widely recognised by universities worldwide.
Art and Craft and Music are studied as locally designed subjects in the Cambridge Primary programme. Lower Secondary includes Art and Design as part of the Cambridge curriculum. Band provides opportunities for students from Year 6 to Year 11 to jam and perform, while YearBook involves students in photography and layout for an annual publication.
Languages include English, Spanish and Danish as a Second Language, with opportunities for Advanced Danish and French at higher levels. The Cambridge Global Perspectives programme teaches global issues from different perspectives and develops 21st-century skills. Additional language experiences include a language immersion trip to Spain or France for Year 10, and a Rome-based language-integrated study in Year 11.

Character education develops citizenship through a defined set of skills described as character-values. These values shape learners to be responsible, engaged citizens.
21st-century teaching focuses on collaboration, communication, critical thinking, creativity, citizenship and character. Project X is a Year 7–9 project-based learning programme that targets leadership, strategic thinking and teamwork, with teachers acting as facilitators.
