Admissions

Admissions

1. New Students must take the Admission Evaluation. Scheduling an appointment is required, as evaluations are conducted individually within each student's context. Each student receives a personalized assessment with the Academic and Counseling Departments. Mass or group evaluations are not performed. 2. Scheduling the assessment secures a spot for the student's intended grade. 3. The evaluation process for Toddlers 1, Toddlers 2, Nursery, and Kinder does not have a cost. 4. New students from Prefirst to 12th grade must take the admission evaluations, which cost RD$1,000. 5. These evaluations are conducted by the Academic Department and the Counseling Department. 6. In these evaluations, the student's skills are determined as well as areas that need reinforcement. This assessment also determines if the BMS Educational Program is the right fit for the student, and the most appropriate study recommendation may be to opt for a school other than BMS. 7. Parents will be informed about the results of the evaluations within approximately 2 working days. After the student is accepted, parents must proceed with the formal enrollment and tuition payment. In addition, tuition is charged as a yearly cost per grade and is payable through available plans; Plan 1 offers a 12% discount for paying the balance in a single payment, and Plan 3 requires a 9% advance payment to reserve space (non-refundable). Enrollment is formal when required documents are submitted and tuition is paid. Educational financing is available through Fundapec, Asociación La Nacional, and Asociación Popular.
