Introduction

Cathedral Community School is a private, pre-kindergarten through high school in the Dominican Republic serving students aged 3 to 18. It follows the American curriculum, applying CPALMS State of Florida Common Core standards and NGSS from Elementary to High School, with a student-centered approach that fosters collaboration, social-emotional development, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving in an appropriately designed learning environment. The school emphasizes ethical and moral values and aims to be developmentally appropriate yet challenging. Founded in 2016 and named Cathedral Community School in August 2017 by the Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic, it is accredited as an international school by NEASC through the ACE evaluation protocol. The program supports extracurricular activities, including sports, arts, and leadership, with after-school programs spanning academics, arts, and recreation. The High School Elective System offers college-style course selection, a performing arts program, a no-homework policy, project-based learning, and a variety of electives and activities.

Fees
Application fees

- Admission exam (application) fee: USD 70.00.

Tuition fees by year group (per term / per year)

- The school does not publish per-term or per-year tuition amounts or a public fee schedule for specific year groups (2026/27 or 2025/26) in its publicly available admissions or general information pages. Families must obtain current tuition rates and the detailed fee breakdown directly from the school's Admissions office.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- No public, itemised billing schedule (term dates for billing, due dates, late‑payment penalties, or installment plan details) is posted on the school's public admissions or contact pages. The admissions process timeline that is published is: admission results are delivered within three (3) business days and the registration process should take no longer than 15 days; these are timelines for processing admissions rather than a tuition-billing schedule.

Boarding fees

- The school is presented as a private day school (formal education from Elementary to High School) and no boarding program or boarding fees are listed in the school's public information. Therefore there are no published boarding fees.

Other costs and typical additional charges

- No specific prices for uniforms, school meals, transportation, extracurricular activity fees, textbooks, supplies, or student insurance are published on the school's public pages. The admissions instructions list standard document and health requirements for enrolment but do not list fixed costs for uniforms or other ancillary services. Summer camp and after‑school activities are offered, but no public fees are listed for those programs.

Refund information

- There is no publicly posted refund or cancellation policy for application fees, registration fees, tuition deposits, or tuition payments on the school's public admissions or contact pages. No published conditions, deadlines, or percentages for refunds are available.

Fee payment options

- The school's public contact information includes telephone numbers and an email address, but no public list of accepted payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, cash, online payment portal, etc.) is provided on the admissions or contact pages. Payment methods and instructions are therefore not published and must be confirmed directly with the school's Finance/Admissions office.

Summary of findings

- The only specific fee amount published in the school's public admissions material is the USD 70.00 admission exam (application) fee. Other common items requested for a complete fee profile—detailed tuition by year group and term, registration/enrolment fees, boarding fees, costs for uniforms/transport/meals, billing schedule and payment terms, refund policy, and accepted payment methods—are not published on the school's publicly available admissions or general information pages. For a complete, itemised 2026/27 (or 2025/26) fee schedule and the school's formal billing, payment and refund terms, the school's Admissions or Finance office must provide the official fee schedule.
