1. Required documents for all grades. The school requires two original birth certificates for educational purposes, two 2×2 photographs, proof of enrollment from the previous school, medical certificates (general, visual, and dental), vaccination records, and a debt clearance letter from the previous school if transferring from a local school. A copy of the Dominican Republic Ministry of Education MINERD system information Histórico del Sistema de Información del MINERD (historical records) is requested, along with grades from the previous grade level current to the registration date. Copies of parents' local IDs or passports for foreigners and a recommendation or conduct letter from the previous school are also required. For preschool, an auditory certificate and an admissions interview are added to the documents for all grades.
