Extra-Curricular Activities

Clubs, activities, and opportunities to explore interests and passions

Academic and Intellectual

The liberal arts curriculum emphasizes inquiry, critical thinking, and cross-disciplinary ideas. Learning is hands-on through activities and projects guided by skilled teachers. From Early Childhood onward, many subjects are taught in English, and the program includes Advanced Placement (AP) courses to support college readiness. Graduates gain college acceptances at universities such as Yale, Princeton, NYU, and Rice.

Arts and Creative

The arts are central to the program, with music, visual arts, theatre, and performance featured across the curriculum. Students explore art history, songwriting, and music classes taught by specialized instructors. The Juilliard School, via the Nord Anglia collaboration, supports the arts program. A Performing Arts Center and makerspaces provide spaces for students to develop their talents.

Cultural and Language

From Early Childhood, learning is immersed in English. From 1st grade through 12th grade, all classes are taught in English, with Spanish, sports, and art taught in Spanish. The school fosters global awareness and connects with peers and alumni worldwide through the Global Campus platform, linking students with over 70,000 peers. This approach develops cross-cultural understanding and international perspectives.

Social and Hobbies

Extracurricular life includes after-school activities, sports teams, and whole-school social events that help students build friendships and a sense of belonging. The liberal arts approach encourages teamwork, collaboration, and creative pursuits beyond the classroom. Students participate in clubs and projects that foster social engagement and personal growth.

Community and Service

The school emphasizes a social purpose where students help others through service and philanthropy. Beginning in Elementary School, students participate in activities such as assembling food baskets, building houses, fundraising for medical needs, and green projects. Student Government and other student groups contribute to the community through campaigns and volunteer initiatives.

Leadership and Professional

Student Government and other student groups provide leadership opportunities and avenues for civic engagement. The project-based approach and design thinking foster leadership, collaboration, and professional skills. Teachers support student growth by guiding them to lead initiatives and develop professional capabilities.

Lifestyle and Wellbeing

A holistic approach gives equal importance to personal interests and academics, helping students develop a well-rounded character. The campus features facilities such as science labs, outdoor fields, multifunctional spaces, and a Performing Arts Center to support creativity and study. After-school activities, sports, and wellness initiatives promote physical and mental health and a sense of community.
