Per-term / instalment detail and billing schedule

- Fourth instalment: due before January 31.
- The first instalment is a fixed published amount of EGP 60,000; the remaining annual balance is collected across the second, third and fourth instalments per the dates above. Fees may be adjusted annually in line with local regulations.

- Tuition includes the following items where applicable: meals for KG1 and KG2 only; textbooks; British Columbia Ministry of Education student registration fees (payable annually from Grade 1 to Grade 12); and activity fees.

- Bus fees (annual):
- EGP 42,000 – routes covering El Shorouk and Madinaty.
- EGP 47,000 – routes covering El Rehab, New Cairo, Maadi, Nasr City, Heliopolis, and Obour.
- Route coverage includes Sherouk, Obour City, New Cairo, Nasr City, Madinaty, Rehab City, Heliopolis and Maadi.

Boarding fees

British Columbia Canadian International School East (BCCIS East) is a private offshore school delivering the British Columbia Curriculum for Pre-K to Grade 12 and issuing the Dogwood Diploma, alongside BC transcripts. Accredited by the BC Ministry of Education as a BC Offshore School, the school assigns a Personal Education Number (PEN) to each student. The program teaches core competencies, literacy and numeracy, with a Know-Do-Understand approach, and Graduation in Grades 10–12 requires 80 credits and BC provincial assessments. Arabic Studies is offered within the curriculum. The school serves ages 2–18, with campus facilities including science labs, an art room, library, computer labs, a gym, a swimming pool, a soccer field, and specialized Early Childhood spaces.
