Fees

Annual tuition at British Ramses School Katamya ranges from up to EGP 90,198 for 2026/27.

Application / Registration Fee
- A registration (acceptance) fee is payable when a place is offered; this registration fee is treated as the first tuition installment.

Tuition fees (published amounts and structure available)
- The school's published public materials include itemised IGCSE subject fees (listed in Egyptian pounds) for a previous academic year: O.L: EGP 9,920; O.L IT: EGP 10,688; AS / A2 subject: EGP 12,160; AS Practical: EGP 14,080; A1: EGP 17,920; A1 Practical: EGP 20,480. Administrative fees and specific activity charges for Years 10 & 11 were listed alongside those subject fees (administrative fees EGP 3,450; Year 10 & 11 activities EGP 1,500). Exam fees charged by the British Council are collected separately. These figures were published in the school's IGCSE fees document.

Tuition fees by year group / per term
- No complete, up-to-date term-by-term tuition schedule by year group for the 2026/27 academic year (or 2025/26) is published in the school's publicly available fee pages. The publicly available itemised IGCSE subject fees above are the only detailed fee figures published in the available school documents. For new admissions the registration fee functions as the first installment; other standard term installments and amounts by year group are not published in the available materials.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school states that the registration fee is effectively the first installment on acceptance. Specific billing schedules (for example: number of installments per year, exact due dates, late-payment penalties) and explicit payment terms are not published in the school's publicly available fee pages. Parents are directed to the school finance office for invoice and payment details.

Boarding fees
- The school's publicly available parent and handbook materials describe day-time operations, bus services and day-care arrangements; there is no published information indicating that boarding facilities or boarding fees are offered. Therefore boarding fees are not applicable.

Other costs and optional fees
- Administrative and activities charges: administrative fee (EGP 3,450) and Year 10 & 11 activities fee (EGP 1,500) were listed with the IGCSE subject fees document. British Council examination fees are charged separately and announced when due.
- Bus / transport: Bus fees are fixed per route (the school notes fees are fixed regardless of distance) but specific route prices are not published in the public pages. Bus routes and availability are announced at the start of the academic year.
- Uniform: A full school uniform is compulsory. Uniform items (summer and winter sets and PE wear) are listed and the school specifies two local suppliers where uniform is purchased, but uniform prices are not published by the school.
- Sibling discount: A 10% discount for the second child is stated in the school FAQs.

Refunds and withdrawal
- No formal, detailed public refund policy (for example exact refundable amounts, notice periods, or conditions for refund) is published in the school's publicly available fee pages. The registration fee is described as the first installment on acceptance; further details on refunds or withdrawal penalties are not published in the available materials.

Fee payment options
- The school's public pages list a Finance contact (Finance@br-school.com and phone numbers) for fee and billing matters. Specific, published payment methods (for example whether the school accepts credit cards, bank transfers, direct debit or online payment portals) are not listed in the publicly available fee pages. Parents should use the school finance office for the invoice that will state accepted payment methods.

Summary of available published figures and limits of public information
- Available published figures include the itemised IGCSE subject fees and the administrative/activity charges shown above. The school's public pages confirm that the registration fee secures an offered place and acts as the first installment and that bus fees are fixed per route; they also confirm uniform requirements and the sibling discount. Comprehensive, year-group tuition tables (termly or annual fees by year group) for the 2026/27 academic year (or 2025/26) and explicit payment-method, billing schedule, and refund-policy details are not published in the school's publicly accessible fee pages and documents.
