1. Non-Selective Admission Policy: CADMUS Alburouj uses a non-selective admission policy. Acceptance is based on academic attainment, not age. Age is a factor, but a three-year range can exist within a class. Generally, any student who is willing to learn is admitted.
2. Placement Overview: There are no academic requirements for Kindergarten (3.5–5 years). KG applicants are interviewed and must be toilet-trained and able to follow simple instructions. Other grades require diagnostic tests to determine readiness, and the school may provide additional support such as summer programs or extra classes to help reach the standards.
3. Enrollment Process: Enrollment is personal and informative. There is no application deadline; admissions are space-available during the year. A joining fee starts the process and covers administrative costs. Applicants provide a completed Student Application Form, a copy of the student's identity document, two photos, and the final school report.
4. Testing: Students entering Grades 2 and above sit for diagnostic tests as part of the admission process. Test results determine placement.
5. Admission Decisions: Admission decisions are made after careful evaluation. Diagnostic results and prior records are considered case by case, with additional criteria including motivation, social and emotional development, and willingness to work. A final decision cannot be made without the listed documents, and once accepted with fees paid, a place is reserved.
