CISE has on-campus facilities including an Auditorium, Cafeteria, Gymnasium, Library, Computer Lab, and Science Laboratory. The campus features a main soccer field used for assemblies and evacuation drills. A full-time doctor provides on-site medical care for students and staff. After-school activities, clubs, and special projects begin early in the year. The Library provides books, periodicals, and electronic resources.

The school supports a variety of after-school sports and PE programs. After-school activities include Football/Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, and Swimming.
Library, Computer Lab, and Science Laboratory are on campus. The Library provides access to books, periodicals, and electronic resources for research and reading. Textbooks are loaned to students and must be returned in good condition; replacement costs apply for lost or damaged books. The Library's materials and services support the learning of students.
After-school activities begin early in the school year and include clubs, sports and special projects. Canadian International School of Egypt is a private international school for learners aged 4 to 18. It delivers the Ontario Canadian Curriculum and grants the Ontario Secondary School Diploma, and it is listed by the Ontario Ministry of Education as an Overseas Private School. The school offers a bilingual pathway with a French Immersion option that uses the same Ontario content as the English program, plus a two-year trilingual Kindergarten in English, French, and Arabic. In Elementary, French instruction reaches up to 80 percent in Grade 1, about 60 to 66 percent in Grades 2 to 6, and roughly 50 percent in Grades 7 to 8; graduates receive an Elementary French Immersion Certificate at Grade 8, with continuing bilingual qualifications in secondary.
