Fee Breakdown

Fees
Application & Registration Fees
- Application (application processing) fee: EGP 3,000 per application.
- Registration / re-enrollment fee: a one-time registration or re-enrollment payment is required to secure a place. A registration amount of EGP 4,000 has been reported in past school communications. The re-enrollment payment is treated as an advance against the following year's tuition and is refundable if the student withdraws before the school's published cutoff (see Refund information).

Tuition fees (by year group)
- Junior Kindergarten (JK) and SK (Early Years): EGP 190,000 per year.
- Grade 1 to Grade 6 (Primary): EGP 190,000 per year.
- Grade 7 to Grade 12 (Secondary): EGP 214,000 per year.

Per-term examples (when the annual tuition is divided into equal term instalments):
- If the annual fee is split into three equal term payments (common practice in many international schools), approximate per-term amounts would be:
- JK / SK / Grades 1–6: ~EGP 63,333 per term (EGP 190,000 ÷ 3).
- Grades 7–12: ~EGP 71,333 per term (EGP 214,000 ÷ 3).
These per-term figures are the arithmetic division of the published annual fee into three equal instalments for budgeting purposes; the school issues invoices and may offer specific instalment schedules.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Re-enrollment timing: the school requires payment of the re-enrollment fee during the re-enrollment window in spring (example dates in prior communications: mid-April to mid-May). The re-enrollment fee is treated as an advance and is applied to the following year's tuition. Outstanding tuition from the prior year must be settled before re-enrollment is accepted.
- Instalments and deadlines: the school issues tuition invoices and requires timely settlement; prior communications note that final instalments for a school year have been due in January in past years, and that individual payment plans can be arranged with the Accounts office. Exact instalment dates and options are published by the school each year.
- Late-payment and place-holding: the initial re-enrollment/registration payment is required in full to hold a place; failure to meet deadlines can result in loss of the reserved place and/or invoiced amounts remaining due.

Boarding / Accommodation
- No boarding programme is offered; the school operates as a day school and provides school bus transportation for commuting students.

Transportation (school bus) fees
- School bus fees are charged separately from tuition. Reported bus fees for the 2025–2026 listing are EGP 48,000 per year. Earlier listings have shown different amounts historically; the bus fee is billed in addition to tuition.

Other compulsory or optional costs
- School uniform and basic supplies: students must obtain the school uniform and the grade-specific supply items listed by the school; supply lists are published for each grade. The school supply lists identify required items but do not list fixed prices — uniform and supply costs are paid by parents through external retailers or school-designated suppliers.
- Optional/extra charges: charges may apply for optional services and activities, such as: lunches, paid after-school activities, some field trips, extracurricular programs, and occasional exam fees or external programme fees. These are billed separately when applicable.

Refund information
- Re-enrollment fee refund: the re-enrollment fee is deducted from the following year's tuition and is refundable in full if the student withdraws before the school's stated cutoff date (previously published examples indicate refunds if withdrawal occurs before July 31 in a prior year's re-enrollment communication). The re-enrollment payment is non-refundable after the school's published refund cutoff.
- General refunds and withdrawals: the re-enrollment portion is explicitly handled as above; other refunds (for example prorated tuition refunds after term start) are governed by the school's published finance policy and specific enrolment contract terms and therefore depend on the timing and reason for withdrawal. For planning, expect that initial advance instalments and registration payments are treated as conditions for securing a place and that refund eligibility is time-bound.

Fee payment options
- Accepted payment methods include: cash, cheques, bank transfer, bank deposit, and credit card. Parents are instructed to send payment receipts (with student name and grade) to the school's finance address when paying by bank transfer.
- Payment plans and financing: the school has offered partnerships with financial providers to enable instalment and financing options for families; individual payment plans may be arranged with the Accounts office.

Notes on annual adjustments
- Annual fee adjustments are applied in line with prevailing regulations and school policy; previous local listings and communications have referenced general increases (for example a 10% increase figure has been shown in prior public listings). Families should anticipate annual adjustments when budgeting.
