The International Schools Campus first opened its doors in September 2006. EBIS is part of ISC, which now operates two schools on site with around 4,000 students. The British National Curriculum is followed with an international perspective reflecting Egypt's culture and heritage. EBIS's mission is Enriching – Exploring – Excelling.
EBIS embraces a diverse, inclusive community and cherishes the diversity of its student body. Parents are welcomed as co-educators, and continuous home–school partnership keeps families informed and involved. The school celebrates achievements and aims to nurture a healthy, balanced life while reflecting Egypt's culture and heritage. The EBIS Student Council partnered with Share a Smile to raise funds for orphans and underprivileged children, including an out-of-uniform day in 2018–2019 that raised over 50,000 LE and provided 400 backpacks.
Egypt British International School (EBIS) sits within the International Schools Campus alongside another on-site campus, educating about 4,000 students from nursery to Year 12 across two campuses. EBIS follows the British National Curriculum with an international perspective and a strong emphasis on culture and heritage. The school prepares learners for EdExcel and Cambridge International Examinations; IGCSE results are used as international benchmarks, alongside England's standardised tests at Years 2 and 6. The curriculum is delivered by qualified teachers and encompasses specialist departments in Arts, Music, PE/Sport, MFL (French and German), ICT, Science, Maths, English, Arabic, Humanities and ESS, with a dedicated Learning Support and SEN team offering tailored programs. Language acquisition begins at age five and a half and continues through Key Stage 4. The campus supports extensive co-curriculars with year-round camps and participation in events like the BSME Games. Distinctive features include a Paris Saint-Germain Academy Egypt sports partnership and a Student Council-driven community program with Share a Smile. EBIS's mission is Enriching – Exploring – Excelling.
