Elwy British International School in Giza delivers an English-medium, British-style education for ages 3 to 17. Founded in 1995, the group runs a National and International Division in the Al-Haram district, serving Foundation Stage through Year 12. The school is private and co-educational, affiliated with Cambridge International Examinations and Edexcel, preparing students for IGCSE examinations. Cambridge Primary and Secondary frameworks, together with IGCSE offerings, are embedded across the curriculum. The British Council accredits the school, and it is recognised by the Egyptian Ministry of Education. The Cambridge approach is described as comprehensive, thematic, and creative, fostering international mindedness and personal learning. Facilities include age-appropriate, safe play areas, a swimming pool, a gym, and both covered and outdoor spaces. A media center with a video library, three computer labs, a school-wide network and smart boards support digital learning across all stages.
