There are extracurricular activities including Book club, Cooking, Drama and Music, Art, Origami, Gardening, Etiquette, Fitness and Dancing. In Years 8 and 9, students sit Cambridge Checkpoint examinations before GCSE/IGCSE, and BridgeU is used from Year 9 to introduce students to university options.
Art, Drama and Music are offered as extracurricular activities; painting and photography are also part of the Thursday activities.

Forsan International Schools in Egypt comprises the Playschool, Forsan British School and Forsan American School.
