Forsan American School and Forsan British School are purpose-built, modern campuses that support 21st-century learning. Forsan American School features an indoor swimming pool with changing rooms and a spectator gallery, a state-of-the-art theatre with lighting and sound systems and full backstage facilities, spacious art rooms, sound-proof music studios, science and IT laboratories, and classrooms with smartboards, ceiling projectors, air conditioning, and wall-mounted fans. It has two spacious libraries and a large gallery space for exhibitions and events. Forsan British School is arranged over four floors with three enclosed outdoor play areas (two with artificial grass), fully equipped science laboratories, music rooms, interactive whiteboards in every classroom, IT suites, a 500-seat theatre, and an indoor swimming pool (half Olympic size). Forsan British School also offers the English and Egyptian curricula and shares purpose-built facilities with the American School and Playschool.
The campuses include an indoor swimming pool (half Olympic size on the British campus; indoor pool on the American campus). The athletics program offers basketball, volleyball, soccer, swimming, and ping pong.

Forsan International Schools in Egypt comprises the Playschool, Forsan British School and Forsan American School. The network provides an all‑through education from age 3 to 19, with Forsan British School following the Cambridge UK framework (Checkpoint, IGCSE, AS and A Levels) administered by Cambridge Assessment and the British Council. Instruction is delivered in English and Arabic, with native English support and a Global Perspectives program. Forsan American School offers an American‑based curriculum for Pre‑K through 12, aligned to the Common Core and including an AP program in high school; it is US‑accredited by Cognia, NWAC and SACS‑CASI.
