GHIS occupies a campus of 3,620 sq m. The campus is custom-designed and well-equipped to accommodate all learning activities, offering an inspirational environment. Classrooms are spacious, well-ventilated and furnished, with a data projector in every room and storage for students' belongings. The school features ICT laboratories, science laboratories, a library and media room, music rooms, an art room, a school theatre, a studio and a medical clinic. Smart panels are used to support teaching and learning.
Sports facilities include soccer fields, basketball courts, tennis courts and volleyball courts. There are gymnasiums on site. These spaces support physical education, intramural activities and school events.
The school has classrooms that are spacious, well-ventilated and furnished, with a data projector in every room. ICT laboratories are well-equipped with hardware and software and have broadband Internet for student research. Science laboratories for Physics, Chemistry and Biology include lecture areas and hands-on experimentation spaces. A fully equipped library and media room provide access to a wide range of books, and the campus includes a studio and smart panels to enhance digital learning.
There are three music rooms and a dedicated music studio, with a full-time Music Department; the school band performs at events. The School Theatre provides a venue for live performances, and there is an Art Room for visual arts. Athletics are supported through sport clubs and on-campus facilities for soccer, basketball, tennis and volleyball.
Green Heights International School offers curricula: the American Division, based on Virginia Standards of Learning, and British Division aligned with Cambridge guidelines for ages five to eleven. The American Division features core subjects—Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies—plus French from KG1, Arabic and Religion from KG1, and Arabic Social Studies starting in Grade 4. It includes Information Technology, Art, Music, Drama, Physical Education, and project-based learning with field trips. British Division provides Cambridge standards alongside the Egyptian Ministry of Education, with IGCSE as a 3-year option for ages 14–16, complemented by a project approach and field trips.
