English is the language of instruction. All elementary students start world language instruction in French from KG1. Arabic and Religion are taught from KG1, with Arabic Social Studies starting in Grade 4. In high school, French or Spanish are offered as language options.

Green Heights International School offers curricula: the American Division, based on Virginia Standards of Learning, and British Division aligned with Cambridge guidelines for ages five to eleven. The American Division features core subjects—Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies—plus French from KG1, Arabic and Religion from KG1, and Arabic Social Studies starting in Grade 4. It includes Information Technology, Art, Music, Drama, Physical Education, and project-based learning with field trips. British Division provides Cambridge standards alongside the Egyptian Ministry of Education, with IGCSE as a 3-year option for ages 14–16, complemented by a project approach and field trips. The campus covers 3,620 sq m and includes classrooms with data projectors, ICT and science laboratories, a library and media room, theatre, music rooms, art room, studio, medical clinic. Sports facilities include soccer, basketball, tennis, volleyball, and gymnasia. A dedicated Music Department leads a school band, theatre productions, and global arts activities.
