Notes on how fees are billed and payment terms
- The amounts shown above are the annual fees for the academic year indicated in the current fees schedule. Enrollment payment (the one‑time fee) must be submitted by the deadline communicated after acceptance; failure to secure payments within that deadline may forfeit the place. Academic resources, accreditation fees and activity fees must be paid in full. All due fees must be paid before the student's first day of entry. The school reserves the right to withhold diplomas, reports, transcripts or transfer certificates until outstanding fees are settled.
- Discounts: sibling discounts apply (10% off basic tuition for the second child, 5% off for the third child). A 5% discount is applied to tuition if the full yearly tuition is paid in advance by the specified early‑payment date; a 5% Smart Village employee discount is available on presentation of HR documentation.
- Late‑entry policy: students enrolled in Sep–Dec are liable for full tuition; students enrolling Jan 1–Mar 31 receive a 25% discount on tuition; students enrolling Apr 1 to end of year receive a 40% discount on tuition. Academic resources, accreditation and activity fees must always be paid in full.

Billing schedule (practical points)
- A specific installment schedule is set and communicated by the school; parents must meet the payment due dates to keep any discounts. The enrolment fee (one‑time) is due on acceptance by the deadline given, and all other due fees must be paid before the student's first day of attendance.

Boarding fees
- Boarding is not offered; no boarding fees apply.

Other costs and fees
- Uniform: School uniform is compulsory and available from the school store and online store; cost of uniform items is an additional charge.
- Books and supplies: Books are excluded for Grades 10–12. iPads/laptops are required starting G1 and are an additional cost to parents. School trips, camps, after‑school activities and excursions are charged separately when scheduled. External examination fees and document‑processing fees are charged when applicable.

Refund information
- Refunds follow the stated refund percentages and the Ministry of Education regulations. Summary of the published refund schedule for the academic year covered:
- If withdrawal notice is presented before the first day of the academic year: 90% refund of enrollment fee; 90% refund of full tuition; 100% of academic resources & accreditation fees; 100% of paid activity fees.
- If withdrawal notice is presented after the first day of the academic year: 50% refund of full tuition; 100% of paid activity fees.
- If withdrawal notice is presented after November 1: 50% of full tuition and 50% of activity fees.
- If withdrawal notice is presented after January 1: no refund.
All withdrawal/refund requests must be submitted to Student Affairs; refunded amounts are calculated from the date the withdrawal request is received.

Fee payment options
- On campus: cash deposit, cheque or credit card at the school finance office.
- Bank deposit: cash deposit at ABK Egypt (Smart Village branch).
- Wire transfer: international and local wire transfers accepted to the school's bank account (IBAN and SWIFT provided for transfers).
- Online: credit‑card payments are available online.
- Instapay is not accepted; cheques should be presented only to the school finance department and must be stamped by the bank. Parents are asked to ensure any bank charges are paid by the sender so the school receives the full invoiced amount.

Admissions

1. Complete your child's Registration Form using the online registration center. Please complete all fields. Questionnaires are processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is processed. 2. Visit our campus to pay the application fee and submit the required documents: 2 passport photos, 2 original birth certificates and report cards from kindergarten or school. Submit the documents in person when you visit the campus. These documents are part of the registration process. 3. After submitting all the required documents, an appointment for the entrance test and an interview with the parents will be scheduled. The appointment follows the submission of the documents. The interview includes the parents. The entrance test and interview are part of the admission steps. 4. You will be contacted within one week after acceptance. The admission decision is communicated to the applicant. This contact marks the transition to the next steps. 5. The list of admitted students will be published within one week. Your child's registration remains valid for one week. During that week, the documents and the deposit must be prepared and paid. 6. The results of the entrance test are confidential. They should not be disclosed. Disclosures are not permitted.
