Math Club for Years 5–8 features math games, riddles, board games, building models and applying mathematical concepts to real-life contexts. Chess Club for Year 6–8 teaches the basics of chess. Science Musketeers Club runs exciting science experiments and related activities such as making healthy foods and simple cosmetic products. Math Challenges involve constructing domes and similar hands-on projects.
Dancing and Choreography and Ballet provide performance opportunities, with year-end shows. Drama, Origami, Beads and Charms, Crafty Masks Club, String Club and Actomania (English Drama) offer hands-on arts and performance experiences. Oil Painting Club and Fashion Design Club provide visual arts and design activities.
German Club teaches language through songs, acting sketches, TV programs and interviews. French Club uses songs, crafts and presentations. Arabic Club includes research and presentations on historical topics and Islamic figures in Arabic. Deutscher Klub provides German-language activities through songs, drama, interviews, reading and crafts.

Community Development is a high school program requiring Year 9 students to participate in community service, with 15 hours per year and a total of 45–50 hours by graduation. Projects are group-based and culminate in a portfolio that documents objectives, plans and outcomes.
Model United Nations (MUN) opportunities include JCIMUN/JCIMAL at AUC and NMUN events, with senior students helping to pass the legacy to younger cohorts. Journalism is fostered through the school magazine WHY NOT, with opportunities to contribute articles. A Student Union, led by a graduating senior, meets regularly to discuss student issues. TEDx Talks, fundraising events and the Cambridge IGCSE Global Perspectives course support leadership, research and communication skills.

Maadi Narmer School is a two-division British and Semi-International school in Cairo serving students aged 3 to 18.
