History

Manor House School has operated since the 1940s and offers National and International certificates (British and American). It is recognized for excellence in education while instilling the cultural values of Egypt. It opened its first building in Zamalek in 1947 under Mr. and Mrs. Bullen, was nationalized during President Gamal Abdel Nasser's era, and renamed Port Said School. In 1960 the Bullen family left Egypt; it re-opened in Heliopolis in 1976 and opened the Mohandseen branch in 1978. The I.G.C.S.E. section opened in 1991 and the I.G.C.S.E. program began in 1992; the American Diploma section gained independence in 2003; the 6th October campus opened in 2000 as the largest branch serving KG–12; the American program began in 2001.

Community

Manor House School has a strong community anchored by a broad alumni network; many former students are leaders in various fields. The mission focuses on preparing students to become respectful, productive, compassionate, honest and hardworking citizens. School life includes E-Learning and Volunteer Work, and international sections connect families and students (British and American). Groups and posts on the school's platform support ongoing community engagement.
