Modern Education Schools (MES) in Egypt serves ages 3 to 18 through three divisions: National Division (Egyptian National Education framework), British Division (Cambridge/Edexcel qualifications), and American Division (California standards). English proficiency is required for all students. From Primary 1, a second language—French or German—is offered, with Goethe‑Institut Fit exams in German and Delf exams in French beginning Grade 6. The British Division provides subject choice guidance and career advising, with high achievers recognized by the British Council. The American Division follows Common Core English and Math, and AP courses are available in High School; MES is an AP testing center.
