Modern School of Egypt 2000 is a private international day school offering both American and British divisions, with American accreditation. The school serves students from age 3 to 18 and follows the Ministry of Education curriculum in Arabic, Religion, Math, Science and Social Studies, with English O-Level as the core English track. The second language begins in Primary 2 and the third in Primary 3; in the English School the second language options are French or German, and in the French School the second language is English with German as the third. The English High Level curriculum is used, with materials selected by the English and French departments. The school operates on campuses in New Cairo, Old Campus and New Campus, with four computer labs, four science labs, UNESCO ICDL lab, a multilingual library, two swimming pools, indoor gym, outdoor courts, squash courts and a 200-seat auditorium. Extra programs include a Model United Nations and a branch at the 57357 Children's Cancer Hospital.

Modern School of Egypt 2000 teaches French Curriculum, American Curriculum, British Curriculum, Bespoke Curriculum for students aged 3 to 18.
The school follows the Ministry of Education's academic curriculum in Arabic, Religion, Math, Science and Social Studies, with English O.L. The English School offers French as a second language, and the German language is taught as a third language in both the English and French tracks. The second language begins in Primary 2 and the third language begins in Primary 3. In the English School, prep stage students may choose their second language as French or German and their third language as the other; in the French School, the second language is English throughout, with German as the third language. The English High Level curriculum is used, with books and materials selected by the English and French departments, and supplementary materials such as English High Level practice books, Science Planet, Math booklets, Arabic booklets and a Computer Level A course.
Alumni have attended American University in Cairo (AUC), German University in Cairo (GUC), Misr University for Science and Technology (MIU), British University in Egypt (BUE), and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
UCMAS mental skills program is offered as an extracurricular activity; the school also runs Model United Nations (MUN) and stock market-related activities as enrichment opportunities.
