The form prompts the father's details as part of the application data collection. 3. Provide the Mother's Information in the corresponding section. The fields include Name, Nationality, Religion, Education, and Occupation. Accurate mother's information supports the contextual understanding of the applicant's family background. The form requires these details as part of the submission. 4. Add Preferred Contacts in the designated area. The section requests Email and Phone information to establish communication preferences. Providing multiple contact options ensures the school can reach the family during the admissions process. 5. Submit the form by tapping Send. Submitting the form initiates the application, and these contact channels can be used for follow-up as needed.
