MSG British International School of Egypt offers education for ages 3 to 16. Foundation and Primary follow the Cambridge framework, with English, Mathematics and Science as core subjects and Montessori-inspired methods fostering hands-on learning. Lower Secondary (Years 7–9) uses the Pearson iLower Secondary curriculum in English, Mathematics, Science and Computing, with Year 9 externally marked by Pearson. Upper Secondary provides IGCSE options and Cambridge, Pearson and OxfordAQA routes for O Level, International AS Level and A Level, alongside Egyptian MOE subjects. The Learning Support Department offers individualized education plans to help students with learning difficulties participate fully. French is taught as a second language.
