A full, clean, and ironed uniform is worn every day. Girls may wear dark blue or white headbands; veiled girls may wear plain white or dark blue headscarves. Girls must always tie their hair up. No makeup, jewelry beyond small gold earrings, or accessories. Shoes are black or dark blue school shoes; trousers are required (jeans are not allowed). For physical education, a PE kit is required; sports shoes must be black or dark blue with no loud colors.
Port Said International Schools was founded in 2005 by the Governorate of Port Said Executive Office and operates as a non-profit. It comprises two sections: Port Said Integrated Language School (national curriculum) and Port Said Integrated International School (American curriculum).

Classrooms seat 28 students, with the Language School offering 48 classes and a KG capacity of 10, and the American School offering 12 classes. The American campus is Cognia-accredited (K‑12) and the Language School is NAQAAE-accredited; both are licensed by Egyptian Ministry of Education. Founded in 2005 by Port Said Governorate, the school serves more than 900 students with 60+ teachers and 40+ courses, and has 100+ awards. Facilities include three science labs (Chemistry, Biology, Physics), six computer labs, library and media section, multimedia rooms, music and art spaces, two lecture rooms, a theatre and an audio recording studio. Sports facilities include a futsal court, astro turf pitches, a multi‑purpose court, a gym, and a swimming pool, plus outdoor play areas. Bus service operates daily across Port Said.
