Admissions Process

Admissions at St. Fatima Nasr City operate across divisions. In the American division, admission is opened yearly for Foundation Stage One, Year 10, and a limited number of transfers; the New Admission is usually announced in December. The five-step process is: 1. Application Submission, 2) Meeting Admin Team, 3) Assessment & Interview Conduction, 4) Application Status Communication, 5) Documents & Down payment Submission. Applications are submitted online via the Apply Now link; the Admission Team schedules appointments, advises on missing documents, and conducts a family interview for eligible applicants; applicants are informed of acceptance or apology; no fees or original documents are required at this stage; selected applicants finalize by visiting the Admission Office to submit required documents and pay the down payment. Fees can be paid in installments (50% before the start of the academic year in June and August; 50% remaining in November, January and April). Documents for upload include a recent photo, birth certificate with watermark, parents' photos/IDs/degrees, and the applicant's previous year report; documents required from selected applicants include birth certificate, 8 photos, copies of parents' IDs, and relevant transfer/registration documents. For the National division, admissions open for Kindergartens Stage One and a limited number of transfers; new admission opening dates are announced via Facebook; the process follows the same five steps, with required documents including birth certificate, 8 photos, parents' IDs/degrees, and a KG2 registration letter for selected KG1 applicants. The school offers French as a second language in the National division and uses a learning management system (LMS) to provide access to school academics.
