The campus comprises four main buildings: Administration/National Building for National Curriculum classes from Primary 4 through Secondary 3; the American Section for Grades 1–12 of the American Diploma Program; the KG Section for Pre-School and early childhood education; and the National Primary Section for Primary 1–3. Specialized spaces include computer labs, technology-enhanced classrooms with SMART Boards and overhead projectors, and science labs designed for inquiry-based learning. Shared facilities include Habiba's Library, a shaded Activity Area near the athletic grounds, a swimming pool with showers and changing rooms, a roof-top playground atop the American Section Building, and a central clinic staffed by qualified medical professionals. Kindergarten and Primary students have access to an Art Room, a shaded outdoor playground, and dedicated space for assemblies and events; in 2022 a large Primary playground was added for events such as aerobics, art galleries, talent shows, and student movie screenings.
A shaded Activity Area beside the athletic grounds houses two football fields, plus basketball and volleyball courts. The swimming pool area provides aquatic facilities with showers and changing rooms. Outdoor spaces support physical education and a range of recreational activities for students across all divisions. The roof-top playground and other play spaces contribute to active play and physical development.
The National and American sections have dedicated learning spaces to support 21st-century learning, including computer labs for both whole-class instruction and individual research, and technology-enhanced classrooms with SMART Boards and overhead projectors. Science labs are designed for inquiry-based learning and hands-on experimentation. Habiba's Library provides a spacious resource for reading and research. Kindergarten and Primary spaces include a well-equipped Art Room, a shaded outdoor playground, and dedicated space for assemblies and school events.
Kindergarten and Primary students enjoy enrichment spaces and events, including a school playroom with weekly visits and opportunities for enrichment activities. The playroom offers art materials, building blocks, board games, and educational games, with activities such as puzzle-solving, storytelling, music, and singing, plus guided spelling and fine motor skill exercises. Short educational cartoons or animated films are shown occasionally. In 2022, a large Primary playground was added to host aerobics, art galleries, talent shows, and student movie screenings.
St. Joseph's International School in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt, provides a bilingual international education for students aged 3 to 18. It blends the American Diploma Program with the Egyptian National Curriculum, delivering instruction mostly in English across distinct National and American sections.
