Billing schedule and payment terms
- The school requires payment of the assessment/entry fee to access the assessment calendar and requires settlement of the first tuition instalment to complete registration. Instalment payment is part of the admissions/registration process.
- Term amounts above are shown as an equal three‑term split of the published annual tuition to give per‑term figures (annual tuition ÷ 3, rounded). The school's admissions information confirms that a first tuition instalment is required at registration; detailed instalment percentages or alternative billing plans (annual/biannual/termly with differing percentages) are managed through the school's finance/admissions process.

Boarding fees
- Boarding is not listed as a service or fee for this school; available facilities are described as a day‑school offering (including bus transport) rather than boarding accommodation. No boarding fee is published.

Other recurring or one‑off costs
- Book pack: EGP 10,000 (annual).
- Activity fees: EGP 10,000 (annual).
- Uniform: not published as a fixed fee in the publicly available materials; uniform purchases are typically billed separately through the school or approved suppliers.
- Examination fees (external exam boards such as Cambridge/Edexcel/AQA) and other exam-related charges are set by the examining bodies and may be billed in addition to the tuition and activity/book fees.

Refund information
- The school's publicly available admissions information requires the initial tuition instalment at registration; no separate public tuition refund policy or detailed refund schedule is published in the publicly available fee materials. Refunds and withdrawal terms are handled through the school's finance/admissions office according to the school's internal policies.

Fee payment options
- The school provides a cashless top‑up/payment portal for parents (the school lists a cashless top‑up service). Payments and invoicing are administered through the school's finance/parent portals.
- Specific payment methods (card, bank transfer, direct debit) are managed by the school's finance office and payment portal; parents use the school's approved payment channels. For assessment and registration the admissions process references settlement of the required instalment through the school's stated payment methods.

(Notes: Annual tuition figures and one‑time charges listed above are the published tuition/book/activity figures reported in the school's publicly shared materials for the 2025/26 period and related published brochures. Per‑term figures are provided here as an equal three‑term division of the published annual tuition to supply per‑term amounts for database use.)
