1. Visit for a campus tour and meet Admissions staff. Appointments are by Hotline 15065 or mobile numbers +20 1030303087, +20 1030303089, +20 1030666033. Admission is based on academic achievement, not age, with priority to siblings and to those from aligned schools. Admissions consider academic aptitude, space, and application date; other factors vary by case.
2. Submit the enrollment application and required documents on campus. Applications are accepted throughout the year subject to space. For Years 1–2, the Lower Primary Principal evaluates Foundation Stage and Year 1–2; Years 3–12 take CAT4 online in Literacy and Numeracy.
3. Submit required documents on the day of the assessment; remaining documents follow acceptance. Documents include Original Birth Certificate – computer generated (Egyptian Students); Photocopy of Passport (Non-Egyptian Students); Photocopy of the Father's ID; Photocopy of the Mother's ID; 6 Recent Personal Size Photographs; Applicant's Behavioural Reference Letter; Original Academic Records/Reports; Stamped attendance statement from previous schools starting from Year/Grade One. Additional copies may be requested.
4. Within Egypt transfers require a sequential MoE promotion certificate and a stamped School Transfer Certificate; Electronic Transfer from the previous school; MoE admissions letter for foreign students.
5. Transferring from abroad requires attendance statement; previous reports stamped by MoE and MoFA; MoE admissions letter for Egyptians and foreign students.
6. Tuition refunds: 10% deduction if requested before the year starts; no refunds after Term 2. Refunds are processed after a written request. If the school cancels a term, a full refund is issued; if the student cancels, no refund. A non-refundable Registration Fee applies; the first instalment is required in May to secure a place.
