- Application (assessment) fee: EGP 3,000–3,500 payable to begin the admissions process.
- Registration (placement) deposit/fee: EGP 15,000–18,000 payable within five days of acceptance to secure the place.
Tuition fees (annual and per term by year group)
Note: Tuition is invoiced and payable in three equal instalments (termly). The school schedules these instalments in June, September and December. Annual figures below are taken from published fee listings; per-term figures are the annual amount divided into three equal instalments.
- Early years / Pre‑KG / KG1:
- Annual tuition: EGP 80,000 – 190,000.
- Per term (three equal instalments): EGP 26,667 – 63,333.
- Foundation Stage 1 – Foundation Stage 2 (FS1 – FS2):
- Annual tuition: EGP 138,000 – 214,000.
- Per term: EGP 46,000 – 71,333.
- Year 1 – Year 2:
- Annual tuition: EGP 165,000 – 273,000.
- Per term: EGP 55,000 – 91,000.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is payable in three equal instalments; scheduled instalment months are June, September and December.
- The registration/placement fee is payable promptly after an offer (the school requires registration payment no later than five days post‑acceptance). Late payment may attract interest or require advance payment for subsequent years as a condition of continued enrolment. Parents are personally liable for timely payment of all fees.
Boarding / day provision
- The Royal British International School operates as a day school. There is no published boarding provision; a school bus service is provided for student transport.
Other costs and typical extras
- School bus / transportation: EGP 32,000 – 40,000 (annual, depending on route).
- Books and learning resources: EGP 9,000 – 12,800 (estimated annual range noted in published listings).
- Uniforms: uniform is required; parents should budget for initial uniform set and seasonal replacements (no fixed published uniform price was listed).
- Devices / ICT: from Year 6 upward students use school‑issued or personal tablets for much of the curriculum; families should expect device or accessory costs and occasional software or licence charges.

Refund information
- If a refund of tuition is requested before the school year starts, a 10% deduction applies.
- No refunds are provided after the start of Term 2.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school administration and will be processed after receipt of required documentation.
