1. Submit Online Application. Begin the process by completing the online application form at Apply Now. After submission, an application ID will be sent by email or SMS. 2. Submit Required Documents. Applicants must submit two original birth certificates, six personal photos, report cards for the previous two academic years, a behaviour letter from the current school or nursery (including Early Childhood), and copies of both parents' IDs to the Admissions Office in hard copy after receiving the application code. The Admissions Office will schedule the Admission Placement Test once the documents are verified, and the test date confirmation will be sent by email within two days. 3. Communication and Assessment. The final decision regarding acceptance or refusal will be communicated within one week of the assessment and interview. 4. Payment and Deadlines. To secure a place, payment of the fees must be completed within the specified deadlines; failure to meet the deadline will result in forfeiture of the child's acceptance. 5. Waiting List. If the maximum number of students has been accepted, remaining applicants will be placed on a waiting list, with priority given to siblings and to those with the highest performance on the Admission Placement Test. 6. Transferring Students. Transferring from a School within Egypt requires a certificate of promotion issued by the Ministry of Education (New Cairo District) and a school transfer paper stamped by the previous school and the Ministry of Education (New Cairo District). Transferring from a School outside Egypt requires an attendance statement from the previous school and school reports for the past two years, signed and stamped by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Egyptian Embassy or Consulate in the country of origin.

Wycombe Abbey International Cairo East is the Cairo campus of Wycombe Abbey, United Kingdom affiliated and led by Founding Headmistress Ms. Nancy Eldars. Located in the Diplomatic District of the New Administrative Capital, the 58,000-square-metre site houses specialized classrooms, science laboratories, a 25-metre indoor heated pool, a gym, football and multi-purpose pitches, and dedicated art and music studios. The school offers an enhanced international curriculum drawn from the English National Curriculum.
