Nestled on a spacious, green campus in the outer suburbs of Addis Ababa, Bingham Academy's facilities are designed to support focused learning, creative play, extracurricular involvement, and student safety. The campus layout fosters regular outdoor interaction as students, teachers, and staff move around the grounds. The Elementary Building (completed in 2021) houses Grades 1–5, Amharic language classrooms, and the elementary art classroom. The Gowans Center houses secondary classrooms, plus science and computer labs and outdoor tutoring and study areas; it also houses the offices of the Athletic Director and Secondary School Counselor. The Graham Hay Memorial Library is open to students and staff from 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Athletics Facility & Fields include an indoor gym with a rock climbing wall, an outdoor basketball court, Ricker Field, KG1/KG2 and elementary playgrounds, an upper elementary mini ropes course, and a cross-country track.

Grade 8 students compete Cambridge Assessment International Progression tests at the end of the second semester.
Basketball, volleyball, and soccer are offered for U12–U19, with teams competing in the local ISSAAA league. Cross country is available for all ages, and every student participates in the annual Track and Field Field Day. In High School, IGCSE PE and Sport Science are offered as elective PE courses. Creative Arts programs include Cambridge Primary Art & Design for Elementary, Cambridge Lower Secondary Art & Design for Middle School, and Cambridge Primary Music with the Bingham Band program. The school hosts four annual concerts: Carols Concert, Christmas Band Concert, Sing Through the Bible, and Spring Concert.
