The school offers a US-accredited American Diploma Program for IX–XII grades. It runs QLab, an innovative STEM program for adolescents that blends science and technology with practical application. STEM programs include Calculus, Quantum Computing, Game Development, 3D Modeling, 3D Printing, Robotics and Electronics, Data Analysis, Graphic Design, Ecology and Projects. Students participate in national Olympiads such as Mu Alpha Theta and the Everest Mathematics Olympiad, and the school hosts Model United Nations programs.
The school has several arts and creative clubs. The GAS TV Media Club explores videography, editing, and social media engagement to communicate messages creatively. The Reading Club and English Literature Club engage members with literature in original languages, analyze characters, and craft scenes. The Russian Language Club supports language development, and Graphic Design is offered as part of STEM programs to foster visual creativity.

Georgian-American School in Tbilisi operates on two campuses, one for elementary and one for secondary levels. It offers the Georgian Integrated Program (I–XII) aligned with national and international accreditation and follows Common Core standards, alongside an American Diploma Program (IX–XII) taught in English with American textbooks and 18 AP subjects. From Grade 2, students may study a second foreign language (Russian, French, Spanish, or German). The school is Cognia-accredited and a College Board member; PSATs and SAT are administered on site.
