Drama Academy (Primary) and Drama Club (Secondary) provide performance opportunities. Orchestra and Choir (Primary and Secondary) develop ensemble musical skills. Greek Dancing introduces students to traditional culture, and creative pursuits are supported by Art Club, Photography, and Creative Writing. Hands-on art projects include Muddy Hands - Clay Adventures and The Greek Bronze Age through Clay & Painting.

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award is offered at Bronze and Silver levels for Years 10–12. The Voluntary Service section encourages volunteering in the community, for example helping younger students at Homework Club. The Adventurous Journey combines training weekends with 2‑ and 3‑day hikes in Greece.
Student Leader Training develops leadership and teamwork for Years 7–13. Leaders participate in activities during Friday lunchtimes. The Duke of Edinburgh's Award fosters leadership and resilience through its expeditions.
The enrichment programme includes Junior Volleyball Team Practice and Senior Volleyball Team Practice, with additional sports options such as Mini-Tennis and Tennis (Secondary). After-school activities also include sports and fitness opportunities. The Duke of Edinburgh's Award Adventurous Journey provides outdoor expeditions in Greece as part of Bronze and Silver.
Byron College is a private British international school in Greece, established in 1986 in Athens. It teaches a UK National Curriculum for ages 4–18 on a single campus, from Early Years through Year 9 following the Key Stage model, Years 10–11 toward IGCSE examinations, and the Sixth Form offering AS/A-Levels. The school enrolls about 560 students from more than 50 national backgrounds, with around 30% Greek; English is the language of instruction and the British curriculum is enriched to reflect the Greek context.
