Private Montessori school serving children from 2.5 to 12 years in three stages: Childcare, Kindergarten, and Primary. It is owned by the Maria and Sotiris Goudelis Foundation (a nonprofit). Each class has up to 23 students, one teacher, and one Montessori assistant or a special educator as needed. Classrooms are carefully prepared Montessori environments with Montessori materials made from natural materials, organized to support autonomous learning and progression. Mixed-age groups are used at every stage to foster social development and pace-appropriate work; Nursery-Kindergarten includes three mixed-age classes for ages 2.5–5 and one class for ages 5–6, while Primary has three mixed-age classes AB', ΓΔ', and EST'.
Academic facilities center on a prepared Montessori environment with a full range of Montessori materials designed to develop independence and reasoning. The materials are natural, presented on organized shelves, and sequenced to progress in difficulty. All work is conducted in class with Montessori materials, so there is no homework in Primary. The classroom organization supports autonomous, self-directed learning, with mixed-age groups to encourage collaboration.
Summer Camp runs for four weeks each year, starting immediately after the school year; it has been offered since 2005. It operates on weekdays, with families choosing the weeks to participate. The program follows Montessori classroom activities and adds swimming, visits and excursions, crafts, and chess lessons. It preserves the Montessori approach during the summer.
