- A, B, C Gymnasium — Annual: €10,160. Payment structure: deposit €1,500, then three equal installments of approximately €2,886.67 each.

- Lyceum A', B', C' — Annual: €9,780 (2025/26 figure used where 2026/27 not listed). Payment structure: deposit €1,500, then three equal installments of €2,760.00 each.

Meal plan and catering charges

- Lunch is included only for Pre-K and Kindergarten (provided by the school caterer).

- Catering service for students who bring food from home (storage, reheating, hot delivery with bread and fruit): €250 per year (the service is charged in full to parents for 2026/27).

School bus (transportation) fees — 2026/27 rates (East Campus zones)

- Note on reduced charge for use of one of two school-bus routes: use of one of two routes is charged at 75% of the total price.

Billing schedule and payment terms (standard)

- Registration/seat deposit: €1,500 (subtracted from the annual tuition balance).

- Remaining tuition and fees are payable in three equal installments after subtracting the deposit. For the 2026/27 schedule the installments are due: first installment until October, second until December, and final installment until February. For 2025/26 the school specified exact dates (first until October 31, second until December 31, final until February 28).

- Sibling discounts (2026/27 for newly enrolling families):
- Two children: 5% discount on tuition and 15% discount on the bus fees for the eldest child.
- Three children: 50% discount on the tuition for the eldest child and 15% discount on the bus fees for the two older children.

Other costs and items not included in tuition

- Excursion expenses and visit costs.
- After-school activities (separate charges).
- Books and learning materials.
- Graduation fee.
- Student uniforms used for parades.
- After-school program fees (examples): sports and activity annual fees vary by activity (sport-specific annual fees are published under afternoon programs).

Refund information (where the school publishes a policy)

- After-school / afternoon-program refunds: if a student withdraws from an after-school activity within 15 calendar days from registration and the start of participation, 80% of the activity fee is refundable to the card used for payment. If withdrawal occurs after 15 calendar days from the start of participation, fees are not refundable and no proportional charge is made. Refunds for after-school programs are returned to the credit/debit card used for the original payment.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable; Pierce operates as a day school and does not publish boarding or residential-student fees for K–12 students.

- Online payment through the myPierce platform.

- Foreign bank payments can be processed through Flywire.

- Cash payments: the College policy indicates cash payments are not acceptable. The Cashier's Office hours are published as 08:30–16:30, Monday–Friday.

Pierce is a private, co-educational day school serving students aged 3 to 18. It forms part of The American College of Greece and delivers both the Greek national curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. The school operates on two campuses: East Campus in Spata, opened in 2022, housing Pre-K through Year 12, and the Agia Paraskevi campus, offering a full range of secondary facilities. East Campus features athletic facilities, laboratories, a Home Cinema, libraries, a dining hall and a faculty lounge, while Agia Paraskevi provides Olympic-level athletics venues, an Olympic-size swimming pool, theatre spaces and dedicated study areas.
