Pierce operates across two campuses: East Campus in Spata and the Agia Paraskevi campus. East Campus opened in September 2022 to house Pre-K through 12, with the Gymnasium gradually relocating there from 2023. It is designed to achieve a zero environmental footprint, with environmentally responsible practices as daily choices. East Campus facilities include athletic facilities, laboratories, a Home Cinema, libraries, a dining hall and a faculty lounge. Agia Paraskevi offers Olympic-level athletic facilities including a track, football fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, indoor gyms, an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a dance hall, along with laboratories, a library, theatre spaces, a dining area and a faculty lounge.

Laboratories are organically integrated into the curriculum and into clubs and after-school activities. A modern library is a learning space enriched with educational materials that support knowledge and creative thinking. The theatre spaces host theatrical performances, concerts, lectures and discussions. The East Campus also includes a Home Cinema.

Pierce is a private, co-educational day school serving students aged 3 to 18. It forms part of The American College of Greece and delivers both the Greek national curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
