The school is located on Finca La Azotea, a 70-acre coffee farm and cultural center in Antigua Guatemala. The campus is immersed in nature, and classrooms are built with windows and doors on all sides to be filled with natural light and to enable a seamless indoor-outdoor transition. La Azotea hosts multiple museums focused on Guatemalan culture, a permaculture garden (Garden of Hope), EcoActiva, the La Ronda equestrian center, and more. Green Camp is a nature-based day camp that is open to children and youth aged 3 to 18 on Antigua Green School's campus.

Curiosity Room serves children 1–3 years old. Exploration Room serves children 4–6 years old. Elementary uses three-year Learning Cycles through sixth grade, while Secondary uses two-year Learning Cycles called Pioneer, Voyager, and Phoenix. The program offers a bilingual environment with dual immersion English/Spanish classrooms and integrates Guatemalan CNB and Cambridge standards. Units of Inquiry structure the curriculum with annual themes. Cambridge Checkpoint exams are pursued in Pioneer, IGCSE in Voyager, and there is an option for Cambridge A-Levels in Phoenix.
Green Camp is a day camp open to children in the Antigua community and from around the world, offering nature-based activities and exposure to sustainability, environment, leadership, and teamwork. Summer sessions are available with weekly themes such as Exploring nature, Natural resources, Biodiversity, Maya culture, and Antigua history.
