Additional language- and culture-related activities are integrated into the broader co-curricular program through performance and visual arts offerings.

Leadership development is supported by the Growth Mindset programme, Acorns to Oaks, launched in November 2025 to foster growth mindset and personal development. Pupil leadership roles include House Captain elections that encourage decision-making and teamwork. The Care Ambassadors programme develops empathic leadership through school service projects. The Code-to-Care programme adds leadership elements by training parent mentors to help students collaborate on projects.
