The Little Lions Curriculum (LLC) is designed for AISL Harrow Schools and draws on high-quality kindergarten curricula from around the world. It incorporates the core Harrow values of courage, humility, fellowship and honour, and maps and exceeds the Early Years Foundation Stage standards of England. Central to LLC are ten Learning Domains and five Learning Disciplines, and the interface between them supports lifelong learning behaviours. The curriculum spans two year groups: Nursery (K1) – 3 to 4 years and Reception (K2) – 4 to 5 years. It promotes memory, attention, observation, reasoning, classification, and acquisition of knowledge such as geography, science, environmental impact, and digital coding, preparing children to be well-informed, creative and responsible leaders.
Harrow Little Lions Kai Tak serves children aged 3–5 across Nursery (K1) and Reception (K2), opening August 2025. The school delivers the AISL-designed Little Lions Curriculum (LLC), which is built to map to and exceed England’s EYFS standards. Daily learning is in English, with all children receiving one hour of Mandarin weekly led by a specialist. The school day runs 08:00–14:00 and includes timetabled music and physical play/PE. Facilities span three floors, including six Nursery and six Reception classrooms, shared learning spaces, and an outdoor learning area used daily. Class sizes are capped at 20, each led by a teacher and supported by a teaching assistant. A mandatory bus service with seat belts and adult supervision operates across Hong Kong. The Head, Ms Nikki Street, leads the Kai Tak team, which provides a clear pathway to Harrow Hong Kong’s wider community.
