Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Enquiry & Tour: Parents begin by submitting an enquiry form or contacting the admissions team, then scheduling a campus visit or open day at the TKO campus. During the tour they will be introduced to the school environment, curriculum and bilingual streams.

2. Submit Application: Once interested, parents complete the official application form and provide required documents (such as birth certificate, passport/ID, previous school report if applicable). The school will check eligibility (age, language ability, academic background).

3. Assessment & Interview: For Primary entry the child may take an assessment or interview (in English/Chinese) to determine readiness; for Kindergarten there may be simpler readiness screening. The school uses this step to ensure a good fit for the student in their bilingual programme.

4. Offer & Acceptance: If a place is offered, parents receive an Offer Letter; they return a signed acceptance, pay the required deposit and secure the place. The deposit becomes part of the tuition fee and is non-refundable if the place is declined.

5. Onboarding & Orientation: Prior to the first term, families receive information on uniforms, bus services, school calendar and parent-handbooks; children may be invited for orientation or transition sessions. This helps settle the student into the school community ahead of start.

Waitlist

The school does not publicly disclose a detailed wait-list or pool system specifically for its TKO campus for Kindergarten or Primary.
