The Tseung Kwan O Campus offers an internationally recognised primary school program. The campus supports learning in traditional and non-traditional settings and provides a holistic education delivered by skilled educators. The classroom ratio is a maximum 25:1, supporting close interaction and teachers who know each student by name. The campus is located in Tseung Kwan O, in the Monterey waterside development, with access to the Tseung Kwan O MTR station.
Extra-curricular activities include football, Chinese drum, Entrepreneur Club, Digital Art, Speech and Drama, and Choir.
The Cambridge Primary Curriculum is used for Invictus Hong Kong (Primary). The Cambridge Primary Curriculum provides a global standard and supports a smooth progression to Cambridge Secondary International Curriculum or the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. The Mathematics curriculum combines the Cambridge Primary framework with the Singapore Mathematics approach and emphasizes problem solving and conceptual understanding. The Hong Kong School-based Chinese Language Curriculum is offered as Chinese as a first language and as a second language, and Chinese Culture is included as a subject. The program emphasizes holistic development through Interdisciplinary Project Work, Personal, Social and Values Education, Design Thinking, Digital Literacy, Music, Art, Computing, and Physical Education. Cambridge is international in philosophy and can be tailored to local contexts; the Cambridge Pathway connects learners to a global Cambridge community in more than 10,000 schools across over 160 countries.

Invictus Primary (Tseung Kwan O) offers Cambridge Primary in Years 1–6 with an English–Chinese bilingual approach. Located at Monterey Place, 23 Tong Chun Street, the campus sits within a waterfront development with access to parks, promenades and sports facilities. Classrooms operate with a maximum 25:1 student-to-teacher ratio. Students study English, Mathematics (with structured problem-solving), Science, Chinese (as a first or second language), Chinese Culture, and Digital Literacy/IT.
