Island Waldorf School operates two campuses on Hong Kong Island: the Primary & Middle School campus at 1/F 455 Queen's Road West, Sai Wan, near HKU MTR Station Exit B2, and the Kindergarten campus at 1/F 71-77 Smithfield, Kennedy Town, near Kennedy Town MTR Station Exit C. An Outdoor Activities Centre operates at Ka Nam New Village, Lamma Island, near Yung Shue Wan Ferry Pier. Parking is available at the Sai Wan campus (South Lane and Westwood Mall). The school is a non-profit, bilingual Waldorf school serving Kindergarten through Class 8. Music is taught as part of the curriculum and eurythmy is included in Waldorf education.

Located across two urban campuses on Hong Kong Island, with a dedicated Outdoor Activities Centre on Lamma Island, the school integrates intellectual, artistic, and practical learning. The curriculum is delivered through Main Lessons where a Class Teacher stays with the same group of students for multiple years, fostering deep mentorship.
