Application Fees
A one-time application fee of HK$2,800 is required for all new applicants. Once a place is offered, families are billed an advance payment equal to one month’s tuition fee, credited toward the September bill. This acts as a non-refundable reservation fee for the next academic year.
There is no separate re-registration fee, as continuing enrolment is confirmed through the advance payment each year.
Tuition Fees (Per Year)
Special Educational Needs (SEN) Curriculum Stream
Years 1–6: HK$139,000
Years 7–10: HK$181,100
Year 11: HK$159,400
Years 12–13: HK$167,600
Fees are charged annually and are generally billed in 10 monthly instalments (September to June). The advance payment made in August covers September’s tuition.
Additional Fees
A one-off Non-Refundable Capital Levy (NCL) is payable upon entry to the ESF system. The most recently published amount for new students joining ESF schools is HK$38,000 (subject to ESF policy updates).
Additional costs such as school uniform, stationery, off-site learning experiences, therapy services, and extracurricular activities are billed separately. Meals and insurance are not included in tuition fees.
Transportation Fees
A school bus service is available for JCSRS students. Routes and charges depend on location and are coordinated directly through the school’s bus coordinator and the ESF transport provider. Fees are invoiced monthly, and all buses are accompanied by First Aid-trained escorts.
Learning Support
Therapy support (speech and language, occupational, and physiotherapy) is included as part of the school’s integrated SEN provision. Where additional, individualised assistance is required, parents may fund one-to-one support externally.
Sibling Discount
The ESF system offers a 10% discount on the non-refundable capital levy (NCL) for second and subsequent children enrolled in ESF schools. Tuition discounts are not publicly listed for JCSRS.
Refund Policy
The advance payment is credited toward the first month’s tuition and is non-refundable if a student does not take up the offered place. Other refunds (for deposits or capital levies) are handled under ESF’s standard financial policy.
Payment Options
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PPS (Payment by Phone Service), or direct debit through the ESF Billing Department. Families may contact for payment support.
