Application fee

- A non-refundable application fee of HK$ 500 is payable with each application.

Tuition fees by year group (annual and monthly amounts; payable in 10 instalments)

- Kindergarten (AM/PM): Annual HK$ 85,400; Monthly instalment HK$ 8,540; two-month deposit shown as HK$ 17,080.
- Reception (AM/PM): Annual HK$ 85,400; Monthly instalment HK$ 8,540; two-month deposit shown as HK$ 17,080.
- Primary 1–6: Annual HK$ 101,500; Monthly instalment HK$ 10,150; two-month deposit shown as HK$ 20,300.
- Secondary (Years 7–13): Annual HK$ 128,000; Monthly instalment HK$ 12,800; two-month deposit shown as HK$ 25,600.

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition is billed as ten monthly instalments (paid by Autopay Direct Debit). Accounts are spread over ten payments per year.
- Debit dates: Secondary accounts are debited on the 3rd of each month; Kindergarten, Reception and Primary accounts are debited on the 10th of each month.
- Until Direct Debit (Autopay) is activated (which may take more than a month), initial payments should be made by cheque at the beginning of the month. Cheques must show the child's name and class.

Registration deposit and withdrawal notice

- A Registration Deposit equivalent to two months' school fees must be paid to secure an offered place. The deposit amounts are shown above alongside the annual/monthly fees.
- The Registration Deposit is refundable when the child leaves the school provided the child has completed at least one full academic year (10 school months). A full calendar month's written notice is required on withdrawal in order for the deposit to be refunded.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not applicable. No boarding or boarding-fee schedule is listed for the International Section; the school operates as a day school.

What the tuition fee includes and excludes / other costs

- Items included (varies by section):
- Kindergarten / Reception: books, snacks and stationery are included in the section fee.
- Primary 1–6: books, snacks and stationery are included in the section fee.
- Secondary: books, textbooks (Years 7–9) and stationery are included; textbooks for Years 10–13 and some other items are not included.
- Items not included and charged separately: transport, uniform, lunch, and textbooks for Years 10–13 (as applicable). Uniforms are available from school suppliers and order forms are obtained through the school offices or suppliers.

Refund information

- The application fee (HK$ 500) is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The Registration Deposit is refundable on leaving the school only if the student has completed at least one full academic year (10 school months) and the required one calendar month's written notice of withdrawal is given. Kiangsu & Chekiang College International Section (KCIS) is the international arm of Kiangsu & Chekiang College in Hong Kong. The school operates on two campuses in North Point on Hong Kong Island: Lower School at 30 Ching Wah Street (Kindergarten to Primary 1) and Upper School at 20 Braemar Hill Road (Primary 2 to Year 13). KCIS opened its International Section in September 1993, adding English as the medium of instruction with Mandarin integrated into the curriculum. The school follows a British-based framework, with English-medium instruction in subjects; Mandarin is taught as a core language. The curriculum includes Cambridge IGCSE for Years 10–11 and the IB Diploma Programme for Years 12–13. KCIS is co-educational and day-only, with a bus service available. Extracurricular activities include after-school clubs such as martial arts, tennis, soccer and chess. The school emphasizes language development and international-mindedness, preparing students for local and higher education.
