Parent members are elected for two-year terms; the executive committee includes a chair, two vice-chairs (one parent and one teacher), a secretary, a treasurer, and roles in academic/publication, welfare, and liaison. Funding comes from membership fees, school allocations, donations and activity revenue, with the fiscal year running from September 1 to August 31 and membership fees being non-refundable. The PTA runs a variety of activities and events, including Graduation ceremonies, PTA trips, Lunar New Year stalls, rice cake workshops, Narcissus cutting, Volunteer Day and parent seminars on diversified pathways.
