The Central Campus is located in Central Hong Kong at Unit 901 and 2403, Universal Trade Centre, 17-19 Caine Road, Central. It offers a Mandarin immersion programme for children from 6 months to 12 years old. It provides a bilingual English–Mandarin curriculum with a 50/50 language split and uses Traditional Chinese characters. Inside the campus are spaces such as Mandarin Playgroup Programme, Central Pre-Nursery Programme, a bilingual library, a Music Room, a Sensory Area, an Indoor Playground, and a Sports Field. The campus delivers ECA programmes across Language Arts, S.T.E.A.M, and sports, including Little Movers, Ballet, Jazz and Multi-Sports. The full capacity is 224, with EDB-approved class sizes of 28 and a target of 20–22 students per classroom with two teachers; a bus service is available.
Facilities include a Sports Field and an Indoor Playground as part of the Central Campus. Enrichment and PE activities are delivered through ECA offerings such as Little Movers, Ballet, Jazz and Multi-Sports.

Mulberry House International Kindergarten’s Central Campus offers a Mandarin immersion playgroup and enrichment programme for children from 6 months to 12 years, located in Universal Trade Centre on Caine Road in Central. Children learn in a Mandarin-speaking environment, with programmes linked to the wider Mulberry House dual-language curriculum, which is underpinned by the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The school emphasises inquiry-based, play-rich experiences through activities such as sensory play, music and rhymes, dramatic storytelling, and S.T.E.A.M. projects. Central-specific enrichment includes Language Arts in English and Mandarin, Musical Theatre, arts, and sports options like Little Movers, Ballet, Jazz, and Multi-Sports. Families access the campus easily from Central MTR Station (D2 Exit) or nearby bus routes, with hourly parking in the same building. The Central team includes experienced early childhood educators and a campus School Manager, supported by the broader Mulberry House bilingual education group founded in 2015.
