Nord Anglia International School Hong Kong opened its first campus in Lam Tin in September 2014 as part of the global Nord Anglia Education family. It began as a single campus offering primary education and has since expanded to include three dedicated sites across the city for Early Years, Primary, and Secondary. The school started with fewer than 500 students and has grown steadily to serve a large, diverse community. Its development reflects Nord Anglia’s long-term commitment to providing international education in Hong Kong.
The school community represents over 40 nationalities, creating a diverse and inclusive environment. Regular community and cultural events bring together students, parents, and staff, helping families stay connected and involved. Parent-teacher workshops, outdoor activities, and social gatherings are key features of school life. The school’s approach encourages collaboration and open communication between home and school to support every child’s development.
All parents automatically become members of the Parent Teacher Association, which is led by an elected Executive Committee each year. The PTA organises social and educational activities to strengthen community ties and enhance the student experience. Recent events include a parent writing workshop for Years 1–6 and regular group hikes for families and staff. Parents are invited to volunteer their time and skills to support projects such as event planning, communications, and community outreach. The PTA plays an active role in promoting engagement and collaboration within the school community.
