YCA is located at 70 Bridges Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, in the heart of Hong Kong Island. We can be easily accessed from Mid-Levels and Sai Ying Pun. The school is opposite of the CYMCA Bridges Street Centre, which the school uses for access to facilities such as a swimming pool.
YCA is a private primary school teaching an international curriculum. Applications for Year 1 to Year 6 are accepted throughout the year. Once offer is given, new students can start at the beginning of every month. As YCA follows the British system, children can start Year 1 if they turn 5 years old in the entry year. The school offers Year 1 to Year 6 for children aged 5–11.
YCA is a co-educational private primary school in Hong Kong.
YCA has a dedicated team of learning diversity teachers and assistants to support students with diverse learning needs within the mainstream classroom. Individual Learning Plans are discussed with families and meetings are set up to discuss the child's developments.

YCA’s normal school day runs from 8.00am to 2.30pm (Monday–Friday). Doors open at 7.35am for drop-off. After-school activities run from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
YCA has two bus providers: Hong Kong line and Kowloon line.

For Year 1–Year 6, YCA states tuition is billed in ten instalments of HKD 14,447

YCA lists an Annual Capital Development Contribution of HKD 6,515 per year, applicable to students in all year groups.
Other costs (uniform, transport, etc.)
Miscellaneous fees related to school operations and activities may be collected or paid to service providers. Uniforms are purchased via Uniform Station (online or at their shop), and house t-shirts can be purchased from the school office.
YMCA Christian Academy (YCA) is a private primary school on Hong Kong Island at 70 Bridges Street, Sheung Wan. It teaches an English-medium programme that combines the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) with the UK National Curriculum for English, and uses White Rose Maths for mathematics. Chinese is taught daily in Mandarin supported by Traditional Characters while music includes the Orff approach. Students also have PE, and the school is opposite the CYMCA Bridges Street Centre, giving access to facilities including a swimming pool. After school sessions, children can join ASA/ECA such as Choir, Competitive Sports, Chinese Hip-Hop Dance, Film Club, Lego Club and Intro to Spanish. A distinctive feature is the “YCA Agents” focus, encouraging students to take charge of their learning, contribute to their community and reflect on progress.
