Billing schedule and payment terms
- Fees are billed and payable quarterly; the school's published fee schedule lists the composite charges as payable quarterly.
- The school requires fee payment by the due date; historically the quarterly due dates have been the 1st of April, July, October and January with a short window (for example, up to the 10th of the first month of the quarter) after which late payment fines are applied and nonpayment can lead to removal from the rolls.
- One‑time admission dues are payable at the time of admission; recurring composite and ancillary charges are due each quarter.
- Processing/registration payments for admissions can be made online (credit card / debit card / netbanking); regular fee payment is expected online or as stipulated by the school at the time of admission.
Boarding / hostel
- An on‑campus hostel / boarding facility is provided; boarding accommodation (twin sharing AC rooms with attached bath and common facilities) is available for students. Boarding charges are not included in the school K–12 composite fee schedule and are billed separately by the hostel administration. Parents should treat hostel charges as a separate component to be paid in addition to school fees.
Other costs (uniforms, books, stationery, canteen, laundry, etc.)
- Uniform, textbooks and stationery are supplied through the school book shop / uniform shop and are charged separately at the time of purchase.
- Canteen and incidental services (medical, laundry in hostel, special lab consumables, some subject materials) are additional and billed as used or as part of separate charges.
Refund information
- A Caution Money (security deposit) is collected at admission; standard practice at Amity institutions is that such security/caution deposits are refundable after adjustment of any outstanding dues when the student leaves, subject to the school's rules and clearance procedures. Other one‑time and term‑wise fee components are generally not refundable except as per specific school policy.
Accepted payment methods
- Processing/registration fees for admissions: online payment by credit card, debit card, netbanking.
- Regular school fee payment: the school's admission instructions require fee payment online before the due date; historically some payments (at the time of admission or for certain branches) have also been accepted by Demand Draft / payorder / A/C payee cheque or at bank counter extensions as specified by the school.
- Transport, hostel and other ancillary services are billed separately and follow the payment modes and schedules set by those service units.
Notes
- Transport and hostel charges are additional to the composite tuition figures above and vary by route/room type.
- Fees are subject to change by school or government directive; the published schedule indicates that transport, optional activities and certain subject fees may vary.
